Admission Process

AGS ensures a smooth and supportive admission experience from the very first step.

For offline admission parents can collect the admission form directly from our admission team, who offer complete guidance in filling it out, along with details on the required documents to be submitted.

As part of the process, students will undergo a simple entrance assessment. This helps us understand their current learning level—so we know exactly where to begin and how best to support their academic journey. For KG students it’s an interactive session.

Here, we don’t just admit students—we welcome them into a space where learning is personalized, purposeful, and full of possibilities.

Eligibility Criteria

At AGS, we welcome students from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a smooth and transparent admission process. The following eligibility criteria must be met for admission into various classes.

Age Criteria:

Pre-KG: 3+ years 

LKG: 4+ years 

UKG: 5+ years 

Birth Certificate is mandatory (For verification).

Grades I to VIII:

Appropriate age as per class applied.

Submission of previous school report card.

Transfer Certificate from the previous school (mandatory for Grade II and above).

Aadhaar Card copy.

Passport-size photographs.
